We will also modify all the configuration settings required for your sites to be fully operational on our next–generation cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are completely capable of transferring just about any website. With years of experience in the industry, they are experts in the specificities of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other popular Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–built web application with plenty of custom libraries is as easy as transferring a simple WordPress–based blog.

A: We try to accomplish all web site migrations ASAP. Still, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are different things that you need to consider – the actual size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always try to carry out each migration in less than 48 hours. With smaller–sized web sites, our staff usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: Yup. We will need to have the name of the web site that you’d like us to transfer. We’ll also require a means to log in to your old web hosting account so that we can get the files pertaining to your website.

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share exactly the same information you have provided to your previous host. We also have a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how private data is tackled.

A: Your website will work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. Once we are through with the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our system and we’ll ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning correctly, all you will need to do is update the name server records associated with your domain name. Your web site will be migrated to us without any downtime.

A: Nope. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We will never contact your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all conventional Linux–based web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven hosting platforms, because we don’t offer Windows hosting services ourselves.In addition, we do not support proprietary site creation and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
